- All claims for damaged merchandise in transit are the
responsibility of the freight carrier.
- No returns considered unless
made within seven days after receipt of goods.

- Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss
or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the
inability to use the product.
- Before using, user shall determine the
suitability of the products for his intended use, and user assumes
all risk and liability whatsoever therewith.
- The following is made
in lieu of the warranties, expressed or implied. Seller's and
manufacturers only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of
the product proved to be defective if returned within seven days of
receipt of merchandise.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard or
Discover credit cards.
- All merchandise sold or rented is not flame resistant unless
otherwise specified and does not meet children's sleepwear
standards.
- Many of our fabrics and trims are made for Theatrical,
Carnival or Show purposes and not for normal street apparel.
Therefore, unless we specify to the contrary, we do not guarantee the
washing, wear ability, or flame retardant properties of these products.
- SPECIAL NOTE: SINCE WE CANNOT CONTROL THE USAGE OR METHOD OF THE
ABOVE ITEMS ORDERED, WE DO NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY PROBLEMS
THAT MAY BE ENCOUNTER WITH THESE PRODUCTS.
